I don't have the answer to that -- however, arriving from the tropical heat (32 degrees C) and high humidity of South East Asia to a cold and wet Germany, I was greeted by 12 degrees C, wind and rain - in the second half of June. That really makes me wonder... After all, the last few weeks had already seen beautiful skies, sunshine and unusually high temperatures -- before plummeting to the present cold. On top of this, the days were filled by an unpredictable succession of all conceivable forms of weather -- abrupt downpours, accompanied by gales of wind, interspersed by sudden outbursts of sun and warmth and a blue sky... which changed to dark clouds within a matter of minutes -- and made me turn on the heating...
Who got the answer...?
How can we physically adjust to the rather unpredictable (weather) circumstances? Is there a way to ensure 'balance' -- from the inside out?
Possible Solution...
Traditional Chinese Medicine is a holistic system encompassing not only body, mind and spirit but also our inner organs and how these Energies manifest on the outside -- especially on our face. By regularly activating specific acupuncture / acupressure points, we are able to awaken and strengthen not only our skin's innate ability to adjust to outer influences but also to bring our whole body into harmony, resulting in improved health. This routine only takes minutes to learn, can easily be incorporate into your daily beauty regime and has no side effects. It provides literally 'beauty from inside out' -- less wrinkles, a more toned face and a youthful appearance that is able to adjust more easily to unpredictable outside influences.
